This Carrot, Apple, and Pineapple Juice
is a great fruit-veg drink to start your day with. Easy to prepare and light on
the body. A small piece of ginger can add to its taste so also a small piece of
beetroot can add to its health benefits. The following recipe is a simple one
without any extra additions.
Ingredients
1 large Carrot
1 medium-size Apple
1 small bowl of Pineapple
Water (If needed)
Procedure
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly well
with warm water.
Chop Carrots, Apple, and Pineapple into
cubes.
Pass them all through the juicer one by
one.
If not a juicer but using a normal mixer
blend them well adding ½ glass of water and pass it through a strainer or
muslin cloth.
Fresh juice is ready to serve.
