Chat is such a food that’s a flavorsome blend of salty and sweet (Khatta-Meetha) and so are our relationships which blossom with the same flavors isn’t it?

Ingredients

 

1 cup Bombay Bhel Snack mixture

2-3 tbsp tamarind date chutney

1-2 tbsp Coriander Mint chutney

1/4th cup mini cubed boiled potatoes

1/4th cup chopped tomatoes

1/4th cup finely chopped red onion

Sev & freshly chopped coriander for garnish

 

                 

Procedure

 

In a flat bottom pan dry roast the Bombay bhel snack mixture for 3-4 minutes on low flame just to make it crisp before using.

 

Now in a big serving bowl add the ingredients one after the other and mix them well with the help of a spoon or spatula.

 

Add any sauces more in case required.

 

Garnish with loads of Sev, freshly chopped coriander, and serve immediately with a hot cup of tea/ coffee.


Tips and Notes

Can use puffed rice instead of Bombay bhel snack mixture.
