We love shellfish. Do you love it too? And as a child, I loved Mussels so much that my dad would bring them quite often and they used to be the big ones back then sold 10 for rupees hundred..memories...Now pick them up myself from the wet market, cleaning them up too was quite a task but happy to have managed it with results being so so worth it.

Ingredients
10
medium to small size Mussels cleaned and washed thoroughly
½ tsp
Salt
1 tsp
turmeric powder
½ tsp
chilly powder
Semolina
mixed with little turmeric
Coconut
oil for shallow frying
Procedure
Marinate
the Mussels with salt, turmeric, chilly powder for 10-15 minutes.
Heat a
flat bottom pan. Sprinkle some coconut oil. Once it’s heated, roll the mussels
in semolina and shallow fry for 10-15 minutes. Turning sides after 5 minutes or
so until crispy.
Enjoy
with simple onion, lemon, coriander salad on the side.
